Viewing Your Event Report
Payments & Payouts
Your Evntflw event report gives you a breakdown of your event's ticket sales and payments.
1. Open your event report
Log in to Evntflw and open your event from your dashboard.
Select the event reporting option to view the sales information for that event.
2. Review your ticket sales
Your report shows the transactions associated with your event.
Use it to review your ticket sales and understand the money collected through Evntflw.
3. Understanding the amounts
Depending on the transaction, your report can show information including:
- Ticket amount
- Platform Fee
- Payment processing fee
- Total amount
- Transaction date
- Event date
4. Platform and payment fees
Where applicable, your report separates the Evntflw Platform Fee and payment processing costs rather than combining everything into one unexplained charge.
5. After your event
Use your report to review your event's final sales and payment information.
Your event report shows what happened, while the payout process determines when your event proceeds are transferred to you.
