Getting Paid After Your Event

Evntflw makes getting your event proceeds simple.

Your payment account must be fully set up and verified before your funds can be transferred.

1. Ticket sales are processed securely

Payments for your event are processed through Stripe.

You can monitor your ticket sales through your Evntflw dashboard as your event sells.

2. Your event takes place

Evntflw's payout process is linked to your event date.

After your event has finished, Evntflw processes the payment of your event proceeds.

3. Your proceeds are sent

Your available event proceeds are sent to the bank account connected to your payment account.

The time they appear in your bank account can depend on banking and payment processing times.

4. Make sure your account is ready

Before your event, check that:

• Your bank account has been added
• Your Stripe verification is complete
• There are no payment warnings in your Evntflw dashboard
• Your account is enabled to receive payouts

Don't ignore it.

If Stripe requires additional verification, your payout may not be able to proceed until the outstanding requirements are completed.

Haven't received your payout?

First check your Evntflw dashboard for any payment or verification warnings.

If your account is fully verified and you believe your event payment should already have been received, contact Evntflw Support and include your event name.
