Terms and Conditions for Event Organizers (Held and Instant Payouts)

1. General Terms

1.1 By using Evntflw’s platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Evntflw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your event complies with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations.

2. Held Payouts Terms

2.1 Revenue Collection:

Evntflw collects ticket revenue on your behalf and holds it in escrow until the event concludes.

2.2 Disbursement:

Funds, minus applicable fees, will be released to you within 7 business days after the event's successful conclusion.

2.3 Refunds:

Refunds requested by ticket buyers will be processed according to the refund policy you set. Evntflw reserves the right to process refunds if disputes arise or the event is canceled.

Service fees will not be refunded unless the platform deems it necessary.

2.4 Event Cancellation:

If your event is canceled:

All ticket sales will be refunded to buyers.

Service fees may not be refunded unless approved by Evntflw.

3. Instant Payouts Terms

3.1 Revenue Collection:

Ticket revenue is transferred directly to your designated account upon purchase.

3.2 Fees Deduction:

Evntflw deducts its platform and processing fees before transferring funds.

3.3 Refund Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for issuing refunds directly to ticket buyers according to your stated refund policy.

3.4 Event Cancellation:

You are required to refund all ticket buyers if the event is canceled. Failure to issue refunds may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

3.5 Event Cancellation:

You are liable for all chargeback claims, including any penalties or fees incurred.

4. Platform Fees

4.1 Evntflw charges a service fee (flat or percentage-based) per ticket sold. This fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Additional fees for optional services may apply and will be clearly outlined before purchase.

5. Disputes and Resolution

5.1 Evntflw will mediate disputes between organizers and buyers but is not obligated to resolve them.

5.2 Any disputes may result in withheld payouts until resolved.

1. General Terms

1.1 By purchasing tickets through Evntflw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Evntflw serves as a platform connecting you to event organizers and is not responsible for the organization or execution of events.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1 All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in the organizer’s refund policy.

2.2 You are responsible for ensuring all purchase information is accurate. Evntflw will not issue refunds for user errors.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds are subject to the organizer’s stated policy, which is displayed at checkout.

3.2 If the event is canceled, you will receive a refund for the ticket price, excluding non-refundable service fees unless Evntflw deems otherwise.

3.3 If disputes arise, Evntflw may intervene but does not guarantee refunds.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

4.1 If an event is canceled, you will be notified via the contact details provided at purchase.

4.2 Rescheduled events will transfer your ticket to the new date unless otherwise stated.

5. Liability

5.1 Evntflw is not liable for:

Event cancellations or rescheduling.

Personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred at events.

Failure of organizers to fulfill obligations.

5.2 Your sole recourse in the event of a dispute is with the organizer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Unauthorized reselling, duplication, or tampering with tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket invalidation.

7. Privacy

7.1 By purchasing tickets, you consent to Evntflw collecting and using your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
