Free Event Profit & Ticket Pricing Calculator

Plan your costs, set ticket prices and estimate your event profit.

1. Event and ticket sales

Advanced settings (optional)
Defaults to 2 tickets per order. Adjust if you expect more individual or group bookings. This changes estimated booking fees, not ticket sales or face-value revenue.

Ticket types

Enter the number of tickets you expect to sell in each category (not just the quantity available).

2. Progressive ticket pricing simulator

Compare your existing ticket prices with automatic increases. This is a planning simulation only; it does not update ticket prices on Evntflw.

Enter the number of tickets you expect to sell before each price increase. The final stage receives the remaining forecast sales. Dates describe when each increase occurs; the estimated sales quantities determine revenue. Enter dates in chronological order.

Estimates only. Booking fees use Evntflw's current per-order formula (1.65% + $0.30 processing, plus price-tier platform fees, rounded up to $0.05). Transactions are estimated from the average tickets per order. Mixed-ticket transactions are modelled using an estimated distribution of ticket types across orders; actual basket combinations, refunds, taxes, payment adjustments and payout arrangements can change final figures. Other income should be entered net of its direct costs. This planner does not change live event pricing or payments.
