Light Up Windsor returns with a free Christmas street celebration across Windsor Mall and George Street. Council's 2026 announcement confirms market stalls, live and roaming entertainment, Christmas installations, free craft and face painting, with a festive snow zone in the Mall. Santa and Mrs Claus are scheduled to visit the rotunda, and the Christmas tree lighting is planned for 9pm.
